12 Sessions Training Option
Weekly One Hour Training Sessions for Twelve Weeks
Service Description
****Scheduling the sessions in advance will occur once payment has been received.**** This option is to allow athletes to book twelve training sessions. Booking this package saves money on individual training sessions as these sessions are booked weeks in advance. During these sessions the following items will be covered: FUNDAMENTALS - 2pt/3pt stances -Blocking Transitions - Proper footwork AGILITY & CONDITIONING - Hand placement - Body positioning - Striking - Flexibility - Mobility - Recovery TECHNIQUE & COMPREHENSION - Power/Explosive Stances - Chalk Talk (Whiteboard/Classroom session) - Film Study STRENGTH - Weight Room Session
Cancellation Policy
If an athlete does not show up for the scheduled session or provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, the athlete will be charged for the session as the coach needs to be available for the session. We understand emergencies happen, and it is not always possible to give notice. Those situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
